These guidelines only apply to QSC products within the United States. For servicing QSC products located outside the United States, contact your local dealer, or the QSC Export Distributor in your region. (1.) Get Your Unit's Serial Number - Obtain your product's serial number and have it ready when you call us. This is typically a nine digit number located on the back of the chassis. (2.) Call for a Return Authorization - Call QSC for a Return Authorization (RA) number at 1-800-772-2834. A QSC representative will give to you a return authorization number for your reference. To provide a faster turn around, this number will need to be written on the outside of the amplifier package shipped to QSC. (3.) Package Your Unit - Package your amplifier with adequate protection. If you need a box, request one from QSC when you call for the return authorization. Otherwise, place your unit in packaging that will offer the protection you need during shipping. Newspaper or other loose packaging will not protect your unit. You must have a box and packing material that is sturdy enough to withstand shock or puncture. For warranty products currently in production, QSC will send a box to you free of charge. (4.) Enclose a Note with your Unit - It is also very important to include your name, address and telephone number in the correspondence that accompanies the unit being returned. This way, we will know where to return the unit and who to contact if necessary. If you provide a fault description, your product's turn around time is likely to be faster. (5.) Ship the Unit to QSC - When returning a unit to QSC, be sure to keep the product's shipping records handy for tracking purposes. Please use the following address when shipping your unit to us:
